SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, please allow 5–8 business days for delivery depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note:
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
• Ninety3Karats is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Ninety3Karats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been processed.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, Ninety3Karats is not responsible for lost packages.
If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying a reshipping fee.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ninety3karats.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
We will review the issue and determine a resolution if applicable.
